This full-service, family-friendly, 165 seat restaurant offers an inventive twist on classic dishes and utilizes local ingredients whenever possible. 

Lead by Executive Chef Brian Davis, the restaurant also offers a variety of dishes that are gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan. 


Smart Catch is a sustainable seafood program created by chefs for chefs with the purpose of increasing the sustainability of the seafood supply chain. The James Beard Foundation selected Staymaker Restaurant as a Smart Catch Leader restaurant - 1 of 3 from the Midwest! That means we're doing our part to make sure all our seafood is sustainably and responsibly sourced!
