Join us for a four-course dinner and cocktail pairing located in our gorgeous new event space at Journeyman Distillery – The Grainery. This is the 2nd of 3 themed dinners in our Chef’s Dinner Series, with guest bartender Dave Porcaro! This dinner is inspired by the natural forces of nature!
You will enjoy a 4-course seated dinner with cocktail pairings, gratuity and sales tax are included in the final ticket price. Final ticket price is $75 per person and this is all inclusive! Space is limited.
ELEMENTAL DINNER MENU
Welcome Cocktail – Balance in Chaos: red arrow vodka / raw ginger / lime / coconut palm sugar / tarragon with the palm sugar- served on a hand-carved saline ice rock with a lightly torched micro tarragon garnish
Earth: Barley, Mushroom and Potato Tostones / belgian endive / pumpernickel and rye gremolata
Earth Pairing: last feather rye / basil balsamic shrub / lemon garnished with a large basil leaf on a lemon slice
Air: Pork Pave / boursin / black garlic butter / pickles / mustard / strawberry soffrito
Air Pairing: wr white whiskey / white wine / berries / simple syrup / soda garnish with wr soaked blackberries.
Fire: Steak Asado / chorizo / elote / cojita sauce / panzanella / chimichurri
Fire Pairing: bilberry black hearts gin / fire roasted rhubarb puréed / chipotle fused shrub
Water: Water Cake / mint crème / chocolate gravy
Water Pairing: road’s end rum / thai basil / orange oleo saccharum
