Strawberry Basil Punnet


2 oz. Journeyman Bilberry Black Hearts Gin
½ oz. grapefruit juice
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. honey syrup
3 basil leaves
1 strawberry (quartered)

Muddle the basil leaves, add all other ingredients and shake well with ice. Transfer into a wine glass and garnish with a strawberry slice.
