Pain Killer

  • 2 oz. Journeyman Road’s End Rum

  • 4 oz. fresh pineapple juice

  • 1 oz. fresh orange juice

  • 1 oz. coconut cream

  • Nutmeg & pineapple wedge, for garnish

Shake all ingredients well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with the grated nutmeg and pineapple wedge.
