2 oz. Journeyman Not a King Rye

1 oz. Amaro Ramazotti

½ oz. demerara syrup

½ oz. fresh lemon

¾ oz. Byrrh Grand Quinquina (float on top)

Shake all ingredients except the Byrrh Grand Quinquina and double strain into a rocks glass with a large ice sphere or cube.  Float the Byrrh Grand Quinquina on top.
