  • 2 oz. Journeyman Not a King Rye

  • 1 oz. Amaro Ramazotti

  • ½ oz. demerara syrup

  • ½ oz. fresh lemon

  • ¾ oz. Byrrh Grand Quinquina (float on top)

Shake all ingredients except the Byrrh Grand Quinquina and double strain into a rocks glass with a large ice sphere or cube.  Float the Byrrh Grand Quinquina on top.
